You may choose either an A3 Archive Folder pack complete with 10 A3 polypockets, insert card and dividers or you may select a folder and order the contents separately. Don't forget to select a colour.
All the contents plus certificate pockets and photo album pages are available separately (see list below) for customers wishing to top-up existing folders.

Now you can mix and match A3 landscape, A4 portrait or certificate polypockets to create a lasting folder of your family history mixing the pockets as you go through the file to suit whatever you wish to display. For example you may display charts in A3 landscape pockets, text pages in A4 portrait pockets and use certificate polypockets for those awkward shaped marriage and birth certificates without having to resort to folds and creases. You may also insert any of our A4 photo album pages. This padded binder looks good and feels good and will hold up to 40 pockets allowing archival storage of 80 documents if inserted back to back in the pockets.
The PVC binder lays flat when open and has a high quality 4 ring mechanism plus a transparent pocket on the spine. Dimensions 19 x 12½ ins (485 x 320mm) approx.

Will hold up to 40 pockets allowing archival storage of 80 certificates if inserted back to back in the pockets. You will need to order polypockets to go inside and additional white card may also be purchased for insertion in the pockets to both stiffen them and to act as backing to the certificates. Don't forget to order a set of dividers if you wish to sub-divide your folder.

A safe long term storage environment for photographs and other paper memorabilia such as certificates and postcards etc. These inert (acid-free), clear polypropylene pages are very strong and are available in the formats shown below. These are the same archive sleeves as used by libraries, archives and museums. All these photo album pages fit the albums above, our A3 folders and both the A3 and A4 Hold-Alls.

Not only are these pocket/pages made from inert (acid-free), polypropylene but they are much thicker than the typical PVC pockets purchased on the high street. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) has plasticisers to make it flexible and this is damaging, PVC storage pockets will damage photo's, paper etc..and must be avoided.

Acid-Free Paper - 25 Sheets Ref: APP25
Use this paper as a backing for photographs and other paper documents in the A4 pockets. It is important to use an acid-free backing as ordinary paper and card will discolour your photographs and documents over time.
You can also print your family tree information including photographs onto this paper knowing it has been guaranteed by the manufacturer for 200+ years. The acid-free paper and alkaline free paper (neutral pH) is suitable for use in both inkjet and laserjet printers and of course you may also write on it. Weight - 90gsm
