Successfuly installed patch. Restarted Family Historian. Now it is all singing & all dancing in Version 4.0.0 Very many thanks for your helpful advice. What I found astonishing was when I reopened Family Historian it contained all my projects without my having to download them from the disk in which I had saved them. It is a superb programme: I could not praise it more highly.

In 2005 I bought from you FTM 2006 one day and it arrived the next morning. You've done it again. Yesterdays order has just arrived. How do you do it? I phoned to order FTM 2011 at about 1 am. on Friday. At about 4 you phoned to check my address .I received my package the next morning and by the afternoon had it loaded at least onto my laptop. Today I am able to gat to grips with all the new features.

I ordered on Monday 50 of the Tyro acid free folders. Delivery of most items ordered over the internet seem to take at least a week to arrive, so when I arrived home from work yesterday and found a parcel waiting for me, I assumed that it was something I had ordered over a week ago. Image my surprise when I discovered that it was the order I had placed with you on the Monday.
I just had to email you to thank you for your extremely quick and reliable service.

I received the print of my family tree and the other bits this afternoon. Getting it printed on canvas was a superb idea - being non-springy and having a non-reflective surface, it's much easier to read. I'm extremely pleased with result. Thanks for your prompt service.

Just a short note to say thank you. Your service on my two orders placed on
Tuesday has been superb. Both arrived next day, securely and thougtfully
packed and the quality of all items is great. After burning the midnight oil
I am on course to produce a book of my grand daughters ancestors by her
christening on Sunday. I've been working on it for a year....and I'm glad to
read the (springback) binders hold up to 200 pages. They will need to!
