You don't have to set up subscriptions or use your credit card online in order to access the wealth of information now available on the internet. Pay-as-You-Go vouchers are a good alternative to having subscriptions running for diiferent online services as you only need to use a voucher when you are ready to look for particular information on the internet.

Find My Past Subscriptions and 1911 Census Vouchers

You no longer need to submit your credit card to Find My Past to set up a subscription. Vouchers are ideal for people who do not have a credit card or who do not wish to give out personal financial information online. The vouchers also make a great gift for anyone you know who is just getting started in family history. Vouchers may be paid for by Cheque, Paypal or credit card.

Find My Past is the definitive site for searching the England & Wales Birth, Marriage and Death indexes from 1837-2003. FindMyPast.com.com have the complete set of records for you to access.

You can add units to your 'findmypast.com' account with the vouchers. Each unit (10p) allows you to view a page of entries on the BMD records containing the name you are researching. Once you have found the entry you are looking for you will be able to use the Volume number and Page number to order certificates from the General Register Office.

Other record lists may require more units to view an image. eg. each census image will use 3 units.

Once you start using your card, the units remain valid for 90 days giving you ample opportunity to spread your research over many weeks.
