This detailed map covers much of the straggling village of Unsworth, at the east side of the map, and extends westward to the SE tip of Radcliffe. Coverage stretches from St George's church Unsworth westward to St Mary's church Radcliffe, and from Radcliffe New Road northward to Blackford Bridge. Features include Bury New Road with tramway, Blackford Brow, Radcliffe Bleaching Works, Spring Water Bleach Works, Spring Clough Bleach Works, Elms Farm, Victoria Mills, Bombard's Farm, Unsworth Hall, golf club. On the reverse we include a 1903 directory for Bury New Road, Hollins Lane, Lily Hill Street, Nipper Lane, Parr Lane.

The map links up with Lancashire Sheets 88.13 Bury South to the north, 95.04 Radcliffe to the west, 96.05 Whitefield to the south.
