Technical
The mugs are printed using a technique called dye sublimation. The print penetrates the glaze of the mug at high temperature and is cooled quickly leaving a permanent and vibrant image. This printing process allows images to be printed at high resolution and in full colour making it possible to reproduce both photographic and solid colour images faithfully. The manufacturer has selected the most colour stable inks and accurate colour profiling software to help ensure you receive the highest quality product available. Your mug will be printed using high performance digital printing technology in full colour with durable photo quality reproduction.

Photographs
To ensure that your photograph is to the same high standard of the mug, please make sure that the image you send to us is of high enough quality for printing. We recommend that digital images should be at least 300dpi. Most modern digital cameras will produce quality much better than this. If your photo is an original printed one, then it should be fine. We will return your original photograph unharmed with the proof.
You do not need to worry about finding a picture of the right size. Once the picture is in digital format we will be happy to crop and enlarge the image to make it suitable for positioning on the mug. For copyright reasons we ask that you do not send professional photographs unless you have obtained prior permission from the photographer.

Security for your data at My History
Due to the personalised nature of this product we need a lot of details about your family but rest assured these will be treated in absolute confidence and once we have produced and delivered your mug the details will be deleted from our systems.

Order a second or third mug and get lower prices. In addition we will only charge the same data entry fee as for one mug provided the extra names have the same parents as the first mug. - Price:£8.04 (Including VAT at 20%)

We may need to charge a little extra for setting up your tree ready for printing.
