How to Create and Save your Chart as a PDF file in your favourite family tree program

Our family tree chart service is tailored to suit genealogists as our pricing is very competitive compared to high street printers. We understand that there is bound to be lots of white space on your chart so we don't need to charge the same as a local printer who would normally calculate their prices based on much higher ink coverage.

We also understand how you are going to use your chart. It is going to be unrolled and re-rolled many times during its life so we will print your chart on a good quality acid-free paper that is thicker than average and if that isn't enough you may elect to have your chart printed on an even heavier paper for a small extra charge.

We will also package your chart in a cardboard tube (one per order) with plastic end caps so that you have a means of carrying it around and storing it without it getting too battered over the years. If you require any more than one tube please order extras from the bottom of the page.

TIP - A chart printed on paper 24" high will allow you to include about 10 generations of ancestors where the most recent relatives include photographs as well.

New proof service - We have had requests from customers for a quick low cost proof to enable them to check out their tree before spending money on multiple copies printed on expensive paper in colour. You may now choose the low cost 90 gsm proof paper where we print in black and white and then send your chart out folded.

If you would prefer to send a gedcom file we can create many different charts for you. The following prices will apply for the work that will be required to create your chart. This is in addition to the above prices for PDF chart printing but includes a PDF proof sent to you for checking before we print the final chart.

Import of a Gedcom file and create a single design of chart £7.50 Extra designs £5.00 each.
